Event Description
Memory Cafe is a monthly social gathering for people dealing with memory loss and their care partners. The Cafe provides an opportunity for unstructured conversation, refreshments, sharing information, facing challenges and getting to know others in the same situation. The Cafe is organized and hosted by trained facilitators.
