Event Description
Police Corporal Craig Eckrich of CCPD will discuss SmartWater, a traceable, forensic liquid that can be applied to personal items, linking them to a particular owner. The liquid glows under special UV lights issued to participating law enforcement agencies. This event is free but pre-registration is required to schedule a checkup appointment.
