Living Information for Today (LIFT), Widows & Widowers

Dignity Memorial offers a social support group for widows and widowers - Living Information for Today - LIFT. This group is for people who have survived the loss of a spouse. LIFT is a monthly group to socialize over lunch, at the movies or other activities. The group usually meets at Woody's, 1771 Parham road in Henrico on the 4th Thursday of each month at 11 am. LIFT gives the opportunity to spend time with others who are adjusting to the loss of a spouse and similar circumstances. Program activities may include luncheons, theater or movie outings, guest lectures, trips, picnics, potluck dinners or museum visits. There are no membership fees or dues. Members will pay for personal expenses (meals or event fees).
