Wheelchair Basketball - No Dunking Allowed

The Second Annual wheelchair Basketball Promotional event:- No Dunking Allowed. Everyone is welcome. Plenty of basketball wheelchairs will be provided. Both individuals with and without disabilities are welcome to participate. The Event will create a fun environment to promote disability awareness and encouraging self-advocacy as a means to transform the way the world views people with disabilities. Presented by Wheel Love and Roanoke Stars wheelchair Basketball. Saturday, July 28, 2018 1-4 pm at Roanoke College Bast Gym. Event information: learn wheelchair basketball basics, participate in basketball skills stations, play in 5 on 5 scrimmages, watch veteran basketball players scrimmage and partake in fun challenges with and against top level athletes.
