Event Description
Estate Planning 101 offered by Henrico County Public Library and Cancer LINC. Thursday March 22, 2018 and Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 6-7:30pm at Tuckahoe Library. Estate planning, even on a basic level, requires careful consideration and forethought. There are three fundamental documents that need to be executed during a person's life to ensure tha their wishes are fulfilled after life and that they receive the kind of healthcare they want if they are ever incapacitated; those documents are a Will, Power of Attorney and Advanced Medical Directive.
