Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC Plus) will hold a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Friendship Health and Rehab. To register call 1-844-374-9159. For accommodations, send and e-mail to cccplus@dmas.virginia.gov at least two weeks before the meeting. Registration is required; space is limited. There is no fee.
